TexBatt 37 Bio is an insulation product made from recycled waste textiles and developed for use in biobased and timber structures. Its vapour-permeable (‘breathable’) composition supports moisture management in wood structures while providing ACERMI-certified thermal performance (λ = 0.037 W/m·K) and reliable acoustic comfort.
The product combines recycled cotton fibres with a polyester binder for durability and shape stability. It is particularly suited for interior partitions, rafters, ceiling structures, suspended ceilings, and slatted panels, and can be supplied in custom project dimensions for medium and large-scale builds.
Designed with both installers and occupants in mind, TexBatt 37 Bio offers comfortable handling, verified low VOC emissions (A+), and EPD-verified environmental data that supports ESG and green- building documentation (DGNB, BREEAM, LEED, Nordic Swan). The product is continuously tested against relevant European building standards to ensure consistent quality and performance.
